Schlitz Audubon Bird Club: Grassland Residents

Join a welcoming community of bird enthusiasts on the second Wednesday of the month. Anyone aged 14 and older who is interested in learning more about birds is welcome, regardless of prior experience. You will learn and enhance identification skills from experienced birders.

This program is hosted by a Schlitz Audubon Environmental Educator and co-hosted by Dan Panetti, owner of Wild Birds Unlimited in Mequon. They will lead you on a hike through the flowering Gateway Trail to discover which grassland residents are flitting about.

We will meet in front of the Visitor Center to begin our walk by the bird feeders.

This program will take place entirely outdoors.

Free to all. Registration is required. Optional donation supports habitat preservation at the Center.
