Spend a relaxing evening with Artist Chelsea Beiler learning how to paint a raptor, featuring one of our Raptor Ambassadors as a live model! Tickets include two beverages (beer, wine or non-alcoholic), supplies, and a canvas you can take at the end of the evening.
Artist Chelsea Beiler has fostered a lifelong love for nature and creativity, and has a deep curiosity for the world around her that she loves to explore through her work. She helps run the Milwaukee Artists community group and enjoys gardening, hiking, journaling, repairing small objects, and volunteering for the Raptor Program.
Erin Toohey, who will be facilitating the event’s raptor experience, is a Raptor Educator and Youth Programs Lead at Schlitz Audubon. She has worked in the wildlife education and husbandry field for 10 years, with her passion being caring for and teaching about raptors with our ambassadors here at Schlitz Audubon. Although not an artist, she loves seeing what people make and how differs based on that person’s perspective.
