Mindfulness Meditation
Tuesdays, July 15 – August 5
Our four sessions will invite you to bring kind awareness to the present moment to live more intentionally. On this journey, you’ll learn mindfulness meditation techniques which have multiple health benefits, including reducing stress, anxiety, and cortisol levels. Each week we will bring awareness to different aspects of our attention and explore what arises. These classes provide steps in cultivating present moment attention to bring emotional balance and foster purpose-driven actions.
Jacqueline Janz has taught Mindfulness Meditation for ten years. Her high-pressure jobs led her to study how to better manage stress and become healthier. She is a Certified Instructor by renowned teachers, Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield.
