Artist Reception: VIVID Photo Collection by Zoe Finney

Join photographer and Schlitz Audubon Creative Lead Zoe Finney for the opening reception of her “VIVID” exhibit. Meet Zoe and fellow art lovers to discuss the pieces and connect with a community of creatives.  

Featuring 63 pieces, this exhibit brings brightness in the midst of winter and hopes to inspire you to be on the lookout for your own vivid moments anytime you’re enjoying nature. It might be a splash of color in the form of a tiny warbler on a gray May day before the myriad hues of summer arrive, the electric green of a frog peering up through a mudflat in spring, or the wild palette of fungi in fall. Nature provides these moments every single day if we’re willing to find them and pay attention, no matter the season.  

Zoe has been an important part of our team since 2012. You can often find her on the trails or climbing the Observation Tower with camera and binoculars in tow. While birds are her favorite subject to photograph, Lake Michigan is a close second, she loves when any unexpected nature moment unfolds in front of her lens. 

This exhibit runs through March 31, 2026.  

The reception will include light refreshments and is free to all. Registration is not required.
