This is a continuing class of Tai Chi, led by Alice Kuramoto, who has more than 30 years of experience with Tai Chi. Tai Chi is a Chinese exercise based on slow, gentle movements, meditation, and breathing. Its health benefits include improving balance, posture, muscle strength, and lowering blood pressure. Wear comfortable shoes and clothing. As the weather gets warmer we will move outside to the pavilion, so bring a light jacket.
