Hatha Yoga for Health & Wellness with Lisa Lewis, LMT, CYT
Mondays from 9:15 – 10:30am or 5:45 – 7:00pm and Saturdays from 10:00 – 11:15am
Classes are designed for all levels of students. Emphasizing safety and awareness, they are not an aerobic workout. Classes are therapeutic in nature and will be challenging at times. All students are taught to observe their body and breathe to practice within their capacity. The first class is always free!
