Through the Seasons
Explore Schlitz Audubon during each season of the school year and witness the remarkable change in Wisconsin. During each visit, climb the observation tower and explore a variety of topics each season. In fall, find macroinvertebrates swimming in our ponds and participate in geocaching around the property. In winter, traverse the trails in snowshoes while searching for evidence of Wisconsin’s winter residents and learn about the ecology of white-tailed deer. In spring, return to the ponds to observe the new macroinvertebrates and study the native flora that can be found in the many habitats at the Center.
The program is offered with the expectation that a class of students will participate in all three seasons. Fee listed is per season.
