Nature Programs for Every Classroom
Every child deserves the opportunity to connect with nature! Thanks to our generous donors, Schlitz Audubon Nature Center offers need-based scholarships so schools can participate in our educational programming at no cost.
We bring our science-based programs directly to your classroom and bring your students to our nature center for outdoor educational experiences across our diverse habitats, from wetlands to woodlands! Students investigate wildlife and ecology, explore aquatic plant life, and test simple machines in action, all through hands-on, curiosity-driven learning. With options across grade levels, seasons, and formats, there’s sure to be a program that fits your curriculum.
Eligibility
Schools with a 70% or higher student enrollment identified as economically disadvantaged by the Wisconsin DPI are eligible for free programming and transportation reimbursement. Check your eligibility using the Wisconsin DPI School and District Report Card Portal.
