All animals and plants on Earth are connected. Every species depends on other species, so when a species is taken away, the natural world doesn’t work as well. Through one-of-a-kind artifacts, discussions, and activities, students learn about the natural forces and human actions that cause these changes. Species in Wisconsin facing extinction are highlighted and success stories shared. Students learn ways they can help protect species and their habitats.
