Schlitz Audubon Art Club: Still Life Collection
Adults, Art, Free with Membership
Nature has always been a great inspiration to creatives, from pre-historic cave painters to contemporary artists. Art club is a bi-monthly program that offers nature inspired themes and lets you work at your own pace. Beginners and experienced artists are welcome to attend.
Our November program will focus on still life drawings based on natural objects. These include animal and nature artifacts, such as mammal, reptile, and bird mounts, which will be set up indoors.
Your guide is Environmental Educator Shelly Rollins, who has a Bachelor of Fine Arts. Please bring your own sketchbook and art supplies. Some general supplies may be available as well as handouts related to the theme.
This program takes place entirely indoors.
Free to all. Registration is required. Optional donation supports habitat preservation at the Center.
