Mindfulness Meditation: Living with Intention
Tuesdays, January 13 – February 3
These four sessions invite you to bring kind awareness to the present moment to live more intentionally. On this journey, you’ll learn mindfulness meditation techniques which have multiple health benefits, including reducing stress, anxiety, and cortisol levels. Each week we will bring awareness to different aspects of our attention and explore what arises. These steps assist us in cultivating present moment attention to bring emotional balance and foster purpose-driven actions.
Jacqueline Janz has taught Mindfulness Meditation for ten years. Her high-pressure jobs led her to study how to better manage stress and become healthier. She is a Certified Instructor by renowned teachers Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield.
This program will take place entirely indoors.
