Bird Club: Bird Banding Presentation with Brittany Peters

Join a welcoming community of bird enthusiasts on the second Wednesday of the month. Anyone aged 14 and older who is interested in learning more about birds is welcome, regardless of prior experience. You will learn and enhance identification skills from experienced birders.
This program is hosted by Schlitz Audubon Environmental Educator Laine Cotteleer and co-hosted by Dan Panetti, former owner of Wild Birds Unlimited in Mequon. This month, we will be joined by Brittany Peters, a member of the Schlitz Audubon staff who has been bird banding for 7 years. She will lead a presentation about her experience banding birds.
We will meet inside the building.
This program will take place entirely indoors.
Free to all. Registration is required. Optional donation supports habitat preservation at the Center.
