Host Your Corporate Event in Our Natural Setting

Whether your company is in need of a celebratory dinner party or a strategic planning space to develop new ideas, Schlitz Audubon Nature Center has the right space for you! Our LEED-certified, sustainably designed building includes a large auditorium, conference room, and Great Hall spaces that will create a winning atmosphere for your event.  

The Auditorium  

Our auditorium space includes up to 20, 5’ long metal tables with conference room style chairs and features a state-of-the-art sound system, projector, Wi-Fi, and screen, perfect for presentations and training programs. Bring in coffee and breakfast treats to kick off your meeting day and get the ideas flowing. Before lunch, invite your attendees to step outdoors and explore our six miles of hiking trails. Research shows spending time in nature inspires ideas and creativity. Regroup in the auditorium for a delicious lunch by one of our wonderful local caterers. Rearrange the space so that you can spend the afternoon in small group breakout sessions or in an informal theater-style setting. Each attendee will leave the day with a guest pass to return to Schlitz Audubon with their family or friends, a way to relive the positive energy built during your meeting. 

Conference Room  

If you are working in a smaller group, our second-floor conference room space seats up to 25 team members. This is a beautiful inspirational setting for your team and is a great space for budget planning meetings or development brainstorming sessions. The room features a gas fireplace and 5’ tables with chairs, WI-FI, and the option to rent a mobile tech screen for a small fee. It also features an additional mezzanine space with four lounge chairs and two tables for your refreshment set up. Bring in your board of directors, your leadership team, or strategic planning committee and watch the productivity kick in! Take a break at midday for a guided hike or let your guests refresh with a self-guided walk down to Lake Michigan.     

The Great Hall 

On the fun side, gather your team or your company’s supporters in our Great Hall for an evening cocktail hour, dinner, reception, or presentation! This space is available after 5:30pm and will inspire your guests to celebrate their business. Our Great Hall is a memorable place to gather your entire team to celebrate successes, boost company morale, and offer company-wide presentations. Bring in one of our approved caterers for a delicious sit-down dinner or offer reception-style hors d’oeuvres and cocktails. Our professional subsidiary company, Natural Events, offers elegant bar packages, quality service and craft cocktails to add a festive feel to your celebration! Whether you are dancing the night away or handing out performance awards, the scenic setting will offer a memorable evening for your guests.  

Add a memorable experience during cocktail hour with the addition of our Raptor Ambassadors. Invite your guests to engage with our educational hawks, falcons, owls, and an eagle while enjoying social time with others. Our Center is the only place in southeastern Wisconsin where you can share this encounter with your co-workers.
