Mindfulness Meditation
Tuesdays, May 6 – May 27
This is a series of four mindfulness meditation classes exploring the two wings of mindfulness – knowledge and compassion. This workshop is for those that have at least a little knowledge of mindfulness or attended a previous class with Jacqueline.
With mindfulness, we can live more intentionally and with added ease. This series provides essential steps in cultivating present moment attention to bring emotional balance and foster purpose-driven actions. Research supports a multitude of health benefits, too, like reducing stress, anxiety, and cortisol levels. Both are essential to increase awareness and live in the present moment.
Jacqueline Janz has taught Mindfulness Meditation for eight years. It was her high-pressure jobs that led her to study ways to better manage stress and become healthier. She is a Certified Instructor by renowned teachers, Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield.
This program will take place entirely indoors.
