Guided Forest Bathing: Lake Terrace Trail

Sunday, June 21, 2026 | 8:00 am - 10:00 am
$23.00 – $34.00

, ,

Deepen your relationship with the natural world during a guided Forest Bathing Walk near the Lake Michigan shoreline. Participants will slowly travel through the forest while receiving a sequence of spoken invitations. These open-ended prompts encourage the participants’ senses to open and experience the environment in a way that supports their well-being and the well-being of the forest around them. Forest Therapy provides a pathway for people to immerse themselves in nature to rest and relax, all while deepening connections. We will end each walk with reflection, gratitude, and a custom-blended tea brewed with local plants.

This program is led by Environmental Educator Aubrey Fulsaas, a Certified Forest Therapy Guide through the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy. She first developed the Forest Bathing curriculum at Schlitz Audubon and has been leading walks since 2018.

This program will take place entirely outdoors. In the case of inclement weather, this program will be rescheduled for Sunday, June 28 at the same time.

Members: $23 | Non-members: $34
