Birding Exploration

Birding with an experienced guide is an excellent way to improve your birding skills. Join Senior Ecologist and expert birder Don Quintenz on a walk through the meadows, woods, and wetlands of Schlitz Audubon. Early morning bird walks often uncover many birds that would otherwise go unnoticed. Their natural rhythm is to sing and feed as the day starts to warm. We will search for our resident and migratory birds, learning how to identify them in the field while exploring aspects of their behavior and ecology. 

This program will take place entirely outdoors.
