Creating Bird Feeder Wreaths
Adults, Birding Academy, Families, Wheelchair Accessible
‘Tis the season to bring holiday cheer by creating your own feeder wreath for the birds who stay through Wisconsin’s winter! Environmental Educators Laine Cotteleer and Melanie Ziolecki will help you learn which types of birds prefer what food, as well as share some fun recipes for bird feed you can make at home! You’ll choose which food to include in your feeder wreath design, and decorate it with popcorn strings, ribbon, and other ornaments to make it your own! This program includes working with peanuts and sunflower seeds.
Each ticket includes supplies for your group to make one wreath. The maximum number per group is 5 people. This program is designed for all ages; children must be accompanied by an adult. This program will take place entirely indoors.
Members: $35 per group of 6 or less | Non-Members: $50 per group of 6 or less
