Tuesday evenings, January 11 – February 15
This flow style yoga class is created for beginners to intermediate levels, based on breath and how to be in the present moment. Instructor Megan O’Neil will focus on relieving tension in the head, neck, shoulders and back. Benefits of yoga can include:
- More energy
- Reducing stress
- Strengthening muscles
- Connecting body coordination to breathing
- Stretching the body thoroughly, leading to a release in endorphins
Wear comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat.
This program will take place indoors. Please read our current mask policy before participation.
Fees are for a six-week session.
