Totally Turtles!

Enjoy an up-close encounter with the terrific turtle animal ambassadors of Schlitz Audubon! Join Environmental Educators Joyce Michelstetter and Jim Thielke to meet a variety of species and find out their unique characteristics. Learn about these turtles, their wild cousins, and how we care for them at the Center. Along with meeting live turtles, we will hike to search for wild turtles in our ponds and decorate a turtle suncatcher to take home.

This program is designed for all ages, children and adults alike. Children must be accompanied by an adult; each child and adult require a ticket. This program will take place both indoors and outdoors.
