Eight week session meets from Wednesday, August 14 – Wednesday, October 9. No class on Wednesday September 11. Fee is for the entire series.
This continuing session of Sun style Tai Chi is led by Alice Kuramoto, an instructor with over 30 years of Tai Chi experience. Tai Chi is a Chinese exercise based on relaxed movements, meditation, and breathing. Its health benefits include improving balance, posture, muscle strength, and flexibility. Wear comfortable shoes and clothing. Class will be in our outdoor Pavilion, unless there is inclement weather. Great for participants who have been in earlier classes including the Animal Form series.
