Nature School Art Studio: Tree Magic
Saturday, September 13, 2025 | 9:30 am - 11:30 am
$25.00 – $32.00Explore the natural world through art! Students can explore, experiment and take artistic risks to discover their own individual approach to artmaking. September’s class will focus on trees by using parts of the tree as materials and using the colors, textures, and shapes of trees as inspiration.
Hosted by the Nature School’s Artist in Residence, Abbey Finn, this series of programs offers Process Art experiences for children aged 3 to 6. Process Art allows children to focus on the process of making art, rather than the finished product. It’s an open-ended, unstructured, and self-motivated way for children to explore materials, techniques, and self-expression. The Gardens Outdoor Classroom will serve as our Art Studio with various stations for exploration of materials and processes.
This is a drop-off program designed for children ages 3-6.
Members: $25 per child | Non-members: $32 per child
