Nature School Art Studio: Nature’s Rainbow
Explore the natural world through art! Students can experiment and take artistic risks to discover their own individual approach to artmaking.
This session will explore the various colors in nature. Colorful projects will be featured with lots of fun mixing of colors and learning about different hues, tints, tones, and shades of colors. Celebrate the colorful season of autumn!
Hosted by the Nature School’s Artist in Residence, Abbey Finn, this series of programs offers Process Art experiences for children aged 3 to 6. Process Art allows children to focus on the process of making art, rather than the finished product. It’s an open-ended, unstructured, and self-motivated way for children to explore materials, techniques, and self-expression.
The Gardens Outdoor Classroom will serve as our Art Studio with various stations for exploration of materials and processes.
This is a drop-off program designed for children ages 3-6. Tickets are non-transferable.
Members: $25 per child | Non-members: $32 per child
