Mindfulness Meditation, Living with Intention 2, is the next in a series of four sessions. This workshop is for those that have some knowledge of mindfulness or attended the first series taught by Jacqueline.
With mindfulness, we can live more intentionally and with added ease. These classes provide essential steps in cultivating present moment attention to bring emotional balance and foster purpose-driven actions. Research supports a multitude of health benefits, too, like reducing stress, anxiety, and cortisol levels. In class we will explore the two wings of mindfulness – knowledge and compassion. Both are essential to increase awareness and live in the present moment.
