Thursdays | September 9, October 14, and November 11
Our Junior Elementary Homeschool Program is an introductory experience for children ages 6-8. With the guidance of experienced naturalists, we begin to work in groups to discover nature at the Center. Students form connections with the creatures and habitats that make-up Southeastern Wisconsin.

What’s washing up on our shores of Lake Michigan? We will explore the beach to find all of the treasures made by nature or people.
October 14, 2021 | Nature’s Neighborhoods in Fall
What’s happening in the habitats in Fall? Students will visit three unique neighborhoods and look into what plants and animals are doing at this time of year.
November 11, 2021 | Autumn at Audubon
How many colors can you see on the trees? We will dive deep under the chlorophyll and find out how trees prepare for winter.
A completed student profile, which includes a health history and emergency care plan, is required for each participant prior to registration. We require a new student profile prior to each school year.
A maximum of 15 students will be enrolled in each group.
