Creating Felted Nature Garlands

Felting wool is a simple and fun craft that gives you the freedom to create 3D works of art. In this workshop, you will learn the basics of felting using simple techniques, allowing you to craft future felted art from your imagination. Together, we’ll craft our own wool garlands of simple shapes and nature-inspired objects to decorate our homes with.
This workshop is led by Environmental Educator Cassie Rincon, who has been working alongside Rose Boulder Farm staff for years. Over the last few years, she has been felting with wool to mend clothes as well as create earrings, garlands, and costume pieces.
This program will take place entirely indoors. All materials will be provided.
