Join Naturalist Aubrey Fulsaas as we dive into the world of Wisconsin’s winter duck species. A multitude of unique waterfowl migrates to the open waters of Lake Michigan as they spend their winter season here, escaping the frozen tundra of the north. Learn about the life history, ecology, and migration patterns of each species as well as tips on how to identify them in the field using our collection of taxidermy artifacts. This program will take place indoors.

Birders aged 14 and up and of all skill levels are welcome. We will meet in the Auditorium and the program will take place entirely indoors.

Free to all, but registration is required.

(Due to a conflict, the original program featuring Milwaukee filmmaker and wildlife photographer Kyle Arpke will be rescheduled for a later date.)
