Bats by the Beach

Search the skies for your favorite flying mammals with bat enthusiast Cassie Rincon. We’ll start by reading Bats at the Beach by Brian Lies and then learn a little about the different species that can be found at the Center. Afterwards, we will climb to the top of the tower to look for any bat silhouettes followed by batty games at the beach. 

This program is designed for children aged 5 and older; children must be accompanied by an adult. This program will take place entirely outdoors. In the case of inclement weather, the program will be rescheduled to Wednesday, August 28 at the same time.
