All About Monarchs

$10.00 – $15

Families, Guided Hikes

The monarch migration is now underway! Weighing no more than a paperclip, monarchs migrate all the way from Milwaukee to Mexico! Come join Naturalist Emily Leonard for a fun afternoon of hiking and citizen science. Learn about the life cycle and migration of monarchs in an interactive, family-friendly way, and see how important habitat, like ours at Schlitz Audubon, is vital for these butterflies. We will venture out with nets and tags to participate in an international monarch migration study.

This program will take place entirely outdoors. Please read our current mask policy before participation.

Members: $10 per person | Non-members: $15 per person
