Please rank your order of preference, listing only the classes that you would accept. We try to honor your first choice. However, the Preschool reserves the right to create optimal learning communities in each class and create balanced classrooms (i.e. age and gender).

2023/24 Application Agreement
1. I understand that the application fee is non-refundable and must accompany my child’s completed application.
2. I understand that I am responsible for the payment of contracted fees and that the first tuition payment will be due on August 1.
3. I understand that Preschool tuition is non-refundable.
4. I understand that I do not receive adjustments in tuition for holidays, inclement weather closings or days missed.
5. I understand that a $25.00 charge is assessed for each Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF) check received.
6. I understand that per Wisconsin State licensing regulation, my child must be bathroom proficient and independent to attend the Preschool. By “bathroom proficient and independent” we mean that your child must wear underpants (not pull-ups) and be able to urinate and have their bowel movement on the toilet as well as wipe themselves after. On August 1st, when the first tuition payment is due, if my child is not completely bathroom proficient and independent , I will decide to: a) pay the tuition and have the Preschool hold the space until my child is ready to start school, b) put my child on a wait list in the hopes that a spot will open after he/she is toilet trained or c) decide to hold off and wait until the next school year. In all 3 cases, my child’s $250 deposit will be held until they are ready to enroll.
7. I understand that I will be notified of my child’s enrollment status by the end of February, and that if a place has not been secured, my child will be placed on a wait-list.
8. I understand that the wait list will be utilized through May 31 and after that date, open spots will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
9. I understand that, should my child be accepted, a link to our online enrollment forms will be emailed to me in mid-July.
10. I agree to complete and submit the Preschool enrollment forms to the Preschool Coordinator by the August 1 deadline.
11. I understand that due to the evolving nature of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Nature Preschool may need to make periodic adjustments to its policies in order to ensure the health and safety of students and teachers.
