Class runs Thursdays, April 9 – June 18
(No class on April 30 and June 4)
This flow style yoga class is created for beginners to intermediate levels, based on breath and how to be in the present moment. Instructor Megan O’Neil will focus on relieving tension in the head, neck, shoulders and back.
