Trees in Winter Hike

Nothing can rival the majesty of large trees that have grown untethered for centuries. Senior Ecologist Don Quintenz will share some winter tree ID strategies and resources that will allow you to identify tress on your own and point out some indicators of their life histories. You’ll also learn about recent research that reveals new understanding of the capabilities of trees.
