The Magic of Metamorphosis

Saturday, June 19, 2021 | 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm

$10 – $15
Families, Guided Hikes

There is no better way to celebrate the summer solstice and the changing seasons than by learning about the magic of metamorphosis! Explore the Schlitz Audubon property and discover how tadpoles become frogs, caterpillars blossom into butterflies, and more! Through guided hikes and hands-on activities, we will search for wildlife, learn about their various life stages, and discuss the wonders and importance of their magical transformation.

This program will take place entirely outdoors. We will practice social distancing when we are able to, but because of the nature of small-group programming, it will not always be possible. For the health and safety of all, participants must wear a mask when you are within six feet of others. Please do not attend if you are sick or believe you have been exposed to the virus. See our latest COVID-19 updates here.

Members: $10 per person | $15 per person
