The Magic of Metamorphosis: Insects

Join us for a mid-summer hike and discover the magic of metamorphosis! We will explore the property and learn how pond creatures take to the sky, caterpillars blossom into moths and butterflies, and more! Through a guided hike and hands-on activities, we will search for insects in the Center’s ponds and prairies, learn about their various life stages, and discuss the wonders and importance of their magical transformations.

This program is designed for children aged 5 and older. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

This program will take place entirely outdoors. Please read our current mask policy before participation.
