This practical method integrates body, mind, and spirit in a challenging yet gentle way. Students will learn through movements designed to open the joints and the mindfulness training of Tai Chi style. Wear comfortable shoes and clothing.
If the weather is nice, we may go outside. Great for all levels of Tai Chi experience, from beginners through advanced levels.
