Sundays, March 20 – May 1 | No class April 17th

Discover the core principles of Tai Chi through Animal Forms. This six-week series will explore the Crane form and Bear form. Tai Chi is practiced for relaxation, balance, strength and flexibility. This practical method integrates body, mind, and spirit in a challenging yet gentle way. Students will learn through movements designed to open the joints and the mindfulness training of Tai Chi style. This course is intended for beginner or continuing students. Wear comfortable shoes and clothing and dress for the weather.

KT Rusch is a certified teacher from the Tai Chi Center of Milwaukee, where she has studied and practiced for over 20 years. Her classes are known for a personal touch, a sense of humor, and a very special Tibetan Singing Bowl Meditation that closes each class.

This program will take place indoors or outdoors (weather permitting). Please read our current mask policy before participation.

Fees are for an six-week session.
