Start the longest day of the year with this meditative and relaxing practice. Forest Bathing is more than just hiking, it is an immersive sensory experience that allows you to look at the forest differently than before. It combines concepts of meditation and mindfulness through a series of guided invitations. Participants will learn the general basics of forest bathing and methods they can use to continue their practice. Every forest bathing program offers a new look at nature.
This program will take place entirely outdoors. We will practice social distancing when we are able to, but because of the nature of small-group programming, it will not always be possible. For the health and safety of all, participants must wear a mask when you are within six feet of others. Please do not attend if you are sick or believe you have been exposed to the virus.
