Spring Wildflower Adaptations and Identification

Saturday, May 14, 2022 | 12:00 pm - 2:00 pm

$45.00 – $55.00

Saturdays, May 14 & 21

Join us for two spring afternoons to learn the features and functions of spring ephemeral wildflowers. Discover these unforgettable forest floor flowers, that too often go unnoticed by most. Learn from naturalists about when and where plants appear, the purpose of their petals, and the significance of plants to the ecosystem. In this workshop you’ll gain knowledge and materials to help you find and understand these beautiful and unique spring sightings. This program will take place entirely outdoors, but be prepared to move inside for short periods of time in the case of inclement weather.

This program will take place entirely outdoors (weather permitting). Please read our current mask policy before participation.
