Have you ever wondered what species of hawk is visiting your backyard? Join us to learn the
fundamentals of identifying Wisconsin raptors! Led by Raptor Educator, Cheyenne Smith, the first
half of this workshop will offer an interactive exploration of birding principles, pointing out patterns
and variations across groups of raptors. After a short recess, our birds of prey will join us for an
overview of field marks that are used to identify a bird down to its species!
