Description

This winter, our mezzanine gallery features work by local painters Lynn Rix and Pamela Ruschman. Both artists visit the Center throughout the seasons to paint en plein air, which means to paint in the open air. Regardless of the weather conditions, these dedicated artists carry their easels, brushes, paints, and canvases on location to practice their craft.

The Schlitz Audubon Gallery is open during the Center’s regular business hours, and located on the second floor mezzanine, which is wheelchair accessible via the elevator. This exhibit will be on display through January 27.

The paintings are for purchase. The artists are donating a portion of each sale to Schlitz Audubon.
