Morning Guided Forest Bathing

Forest bathing is more than just hiking, it is an immersive sensory experience that allows you to look at the forest differently than before. It combines concepts of meditation and mindfulness through a series of guided invitations. Participants will engage with and learn the general basics of forest bathing and methods they can use to continue their practice. Every forest bathing program offers a new look at nature.
