Help your bodies and brains by practicing mindfulness! We will slow down for this hike and practice our ability to be mindful while in nature. Combine elements from yoga, meditation, and forest bathing to explore nature in a whole new way. Families will learn techniques to use their senses while hiking to discover all that nature has to offer!
This program is intended for families with children ages 4 to 10.
This program will take place entirely outdoors. We will practice social distancing when we are able to, but because of the nature of small-group programming, it will not always be possible. For the health and safety of all, participants must wear a mask when you are within six feet of others. Please do not attend if you are sick or believe you have been exposed to the virus.
