Mindfulness in Nature

We can help our bodies and brains by practicing mindfulness! Join Naturalist Aubrey Fulsaas on this family-oriented guided walk. Instead of rushing through a hike, we will practice our ability to be mindful while in nature. We will use elements from yoga, meditation, mindfulness, and forest bathing to explore nature in a whole new way. Families will learn ways to use their senses while hiking to discover all that nature has to offer!
This program is designed for children aged 4 and older. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
This program will take place entirely outdoors. Please read our current mask policy before participation.
Members: $10 per person | Non-members: $15 per person
