On International Migratory Bird Day, learn about why different birds migrate! Bring your own pair of binoculars or borrow one from us and let’s search for our feathered friends that are using the Center as a rest-stop. Through activities and storytelling, we will uncover the mystery of why birds migrate south for the winter and return north for the summer. Each purchased ticket will also receive a copy of the book “Sandhill Crane Siblings – Learn to Find Food.”
This program will take place entirely outdoors. We will practice social distancing when we are able to, but because of the nature of small-group programming, it will not always be possible. For the health and safety of all, participants must wear a mask when you are within six feet of others. Please do not attend if you are sick or believe you have been exposed to the virus.
