Join the Gutekunst Flute Choir on a musical journey across time and place as we explore John James Audubon’s life and the history of Arbor Day in America. Musical stops will be made in Haiti, France, New England, Kansas, England, and the far reaches of the 19th century American wilderness. We will meet a brash sea captain, a practical newspaperman, a refined musician, a bold frontiersman, a clever trickster, a king, a passionate artist, a gullible eccentric naturalist, and two heroic women.
Hike starts at 6:00. Music starts at 7:00pm
