Renew your spirit with our Monday evening yoga classes. Classes are designed for all levels of students, they are therapeutic in nature, and will be challenging at times. All students are taught to observe their body and breath, and to practice within their capacity. While the temperature is warm, classes will take place outside at the shaded Pavilion; we suggest bringing a light jacket and mosquito repellent. Please bring your own yoga mat. The first class is always free!
