Fossil Finds

Discover a world of ancient animals with Naturalist Jacob Kempinski. We will learn about the millions of years of history preserved in Wisconsin soil, from trilobites to mastodons and everything in between. After practicing our paleontologist skills with a demo dinosaur dig, we’ll explore Lake Michigan’s beach and search for real Devonian-era fossils.

Designed for children aged 5 and older. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

This program will take place entirely outdoors. In the case of inclement weather, a portion of the program will be done indoors. Please read our current mask policy before participation.
