Finding Flying Mammals

Thursday, July 29, 2021 | 8:00 pm - 9:30 pm

$10.00 – $15.00

Join bat enthusiast Cassie Rincon as we search for the only true flying mammals! We begin the program by listening to the story Nightsong by Ari Berk. Then follow along as we explore the property using echolocation technology to see and hear the calls made by bats. Bring along a flashlight and get ready to explore the evening sky!

This program is designed for families with children ages 5 and older.

This program will take place entirely outdoors. We will practice social distancing when we are able to, but because of the nature of small-group programming, it will not always be possible. For the health and safety of all, participants must wear a mask when you are within six feet of others. Please do not attend if you are sick or believe you have been exposed to the virus. See our latest COVID-19 updates here.

Members: $10 per person | Non-members: $15 per person
