Families, Guided Hikes

Winter is here and it’s time for us to embrace the snow! Join Family Programs Manager AJ Grill on a trek through our beautiful trails. Participants will strap on a pair of traditional or modern snowshoes and learn the history and reasons people have been using snowshoes for centuries. The program will be moved to February 1 if conditions are not appropriate for snowshoeing on the ground on January 11.

Snowshoes fit ages 10+

This program will take place entirely outdoors. We will practice social distancing when we are able to, but because of the nature of small-group programming, it will not always be possible. For the health and safety of all, participants must wear a mask when you are within six feet of others. Please do not attend if you are sick or believe you have been exposed to the virus. See our latest COVID-19 updates here.

Members: $10 | Non-members: $15
