We’re happy to collaborate on this family-friendly exploration of the Haggerty Museum of Art’s exhibition Alexis Rockman: The Great Lakes Cycle! You and your favorite art-and-nature lovers can enjoy a variety of hands-on activities, including Drop-in Drawing (sketch from mounted animals found in and around the Great Lakes), papermaking with Jessica Meuninck-Ganger and assistants from UWM’s Peck School of the Arts, Great Lakes Bingo, an experience with Reflo’s Virtual Water Table, and a personal encounter with a live bird of prey from our Raptor Program. (You’ll want to get here early for that, as the raptor will be greeting visitors noon-1:00 p.m..)
This event is free. Directions and parking information can be found here. Contact the museum at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
