On this fitness-focused hike, we will discuss how animals prepare for winter and apply some of these concepts to our own lives, as we prepare for the shorter, colder, days. Begin by learning basic exercises to help get our blood flowing, as we look for signs of autumn animal activity around the property. Once our bodies are nice and warm, we will explore recipes for delicious, nutritious, and vitamin-rich foods to fuel both our bodies and our minds throughout the winter.
This program is best for ages 14 and above.
